TankBlitz
Product management of a fast-paced tank shooter game, overseeing the entire development process, coordinating a multidisciplinary team and managing development workflows using Linear.

Introduction
TankBlitz was an independently developed tank shooter game. I worked as the Product Manager, taking responsibility for overseeing the project from initial development through to its later production stages.
I managed a team of two developers and a 3D artist, coordinating their work, organising development priorities and ensuring the project progressed towards its objectives.
The Challenge
The main challenge was managing the development of a game with a small team and limited resources, balancing technical requirements, gameplay features and creative development.
With programming, game design and 3D asset production happening simultaneously, it was important to establish clear priorities, maintain communication and ensure everyone understood their responsibilities.

The Project
I oversaw the overall development of TankBlitz, managing project planning, team coordination and delivery priorities.
Using Linear, I organised development tasks, tracked issues and managed development workflows, providing the team with a centralised system for monitoring progress and upcoming work.
I also organised and led regular standup meetings, reviewing completed work, discussing blockers and coordinating priorities between the developers and 3D artist.
Alongside project management, I worked on the game's menu screens and in-game UI, contributing to the visual design while ensuring design requirements were communicated to the development team.
Outcome
Managed the game’s development team and established structured project workflows using Linear, standup meetings and ongoing development coordination. Although TankBlitz was never released, the project provided practical experience overseeing game development, managing technical teams and coordinating product delivery.
