Ridii Website Booking Form
A responsive taxi booking form designed to simplify the customer journey, allowing passengers to book directly through Ridii's website using its existing dispatch software.

Introduction
Ridii is a passenger transport company using iCabbi dispatch software to manage taxi bookings. I was responsible for designing a new website booking interface that would allow customers to book a taxi quickly and easily without leaving the website.
Working closely with a developer, I designed the frontend user experience in Figma, ensuring the interface aligned with Ridii's existing brand identity and worked effectively across desktop and mobile devices.
The Challenge
The main challenge was reducing the number of steps required to book a taxi, creating a straightforward customer journey with as little unnecessary interaction as possible.
The booking form also needed to be fully responsive, making it easy for customers to complete bookings on mobile devices.
As the existing iCabbi dispatch system handled the actual bookings, the design had to work within the capabilities and limitations of its API rather than introducing unsupported functionality.
The Project
Using Figma, I created wireframes, high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes for the website booking form, focusing on making the booking process as simple and intuitive as possible.
I designed the interface around the essential steps of booking a taxi, including entering journey details, reviewing available options and confirming the booking.
Particular attention was given to mobile usability, ensuring form fields, buttons and navigation were clear and accessible on smaller screens.
Throughout the project, I worked closely with the developer to understand the iCabbi API's limitations, adapting designs where necessary to ensure the frontend could communicate effectively with the existing booking system.
Outcome
Successfully designed and launched a responsive website booking form, allowing Ridii customers to book taxis directly through the website using the existing iCabbi dispatch system.
